Ieri sera sono stato a Riccione per assistere a un torneo di calcio per ragazzi. Al ritorno, vedendo di sfuggita un manifesto elettorale di Marco Lombardi, ho pensato: ma che c'entra questa cultura politica con Rimini? Dai simboli di partito in calce non emerge alcun elemento di moderazione: non c'è l'UDC, ma ci sono la Destra e soprattutto la Lega che ha esplicitamente subordinato l'alleanza all'accettazione di una serie di punti programmatici facilmente intuibili. E' proprio di queste ore la notizia- proveniente dalla Lombardia- della proposta choc della Lega che chiede posti sulla metropolitana riservati ai milanesi. Una provocazione dopo la polemica del kebab? Può essere ma comunque non stupisce perché i rappresentanti istituzionali di quel partito- nel silenzio o quasi della coalizione- hanno negli ultimi mesi proposto che medici e presidi scolastici diventassero delatori, che venissero prese impronte digitali ai bambini di precise etnie, che fossero rifiutate cure mediche e scuola ai figli delle persone irregolari. Dice oggi don Virginio Colmegna della Caritas milanese: "In questo paese siamo ormai a livelli mai visti, al di sotto anche del semplice buon gusto. Chiedo a chi fa politica di smetterla di gettare benzina sul fuoco". La mia impressione è che si sia saltato anche l'ultimo fosso; per il centrodestra il 'nemico' non è neanche più lo straniero che delinque ma lo straniero in sé, regolare o irregolare non fa più alcuna differenza. La legittima cultura della legalità che presuppone doveri e diritti per tutti, nessuno escluso o 'esonerato' e certezza della pena, è stata svuotata e trasformata in qualcosa d'altro. Non voglio evocare altri periodi storici ma restare invece sulla quotidianità. Mi chiedo se in provincia di Rimini potremmo accettare passivamente e senza indignazione lo spettacolo di classi separate, di luoghi e ambienti riservati. Mi guardo intorno, a Rimini come a Misano o Torriana e negli altri Comuni, e vedo che il modello sociale e d'integrazione emiliano romagnolo funziona senza isterie, con normalità. I problemi ci sono, naturalmente, ma la cultura con cui vengono affrontati è senza dubbio una cultura solidale nel lavoro, nella scuola, nella sanità. Qui da noi una persona non è buona o cattiva a seconda del luogo da cui proviene. E'la nostra storia ad insegnarci che più le comunità sono coese, solidali e unite, meno sono corrose dall'invidia reciproca e dalla necessità di individuare un nemico e più sono sicure. Credo che ci indigneremmo se al compagno di scuola di nostro figlio venissero chieste le impronte digitali o gli fosse riservato un banco a parte. Sono sicuro che non staremmo zitti se, guardando come ieri sera una partita di calcio tra ragazzini di origine riminese e straniera allegramente insieme, venisse un arbitro a dire: 'No, tu non puoi giocare qui'.
