I 200 candidati forti e credibili
La presentazione ufficiale delle liste è, solitamente, l'occasione buona per evidenziare i nomi cosiddetti 'eccellenti' presenti nelle stesse. Questa volta voglio andare scientemente in controtendenza: le nostre liste non hanno candidati 'di serie A' e 'di serie B' ma tutte persone fortemente radicate sul territorio, impegnate nelle professioni, nell'associazionismo, nei mondi nei quali operano quotidianamente. Giustamente il segretario provinciale del PD, Andrea Gnassi, ha parlato di 'lista di combattimento' per il Partito Democratico. Io estenderei il concetto all'intero centrosinistra che si presenta alla prova delle elezioni provinciali: sono 200 candidati che hanno scelto di impegnarsi sulla base non di una promessa di carriera o di un posto o di una convenienza spicciola. C'è una condivisione di programma e di orizzonte per il nostro territorio. Siamo arrivati a elaborare il programma e a far emergere i candidati al termine di un percorso lungo, complesso ma profondamente sincero. Questa volta il collante della coalizione di centrosinistra è una convinzione, un orgoglio, una presa di coscienza dei problemi, un programma che dà risposte non scontate. Su ambiente, su welfare, su sanità, su imprese, su sicurezza, sulle relazioni, sui costi della politica, sulla trasparenza, sulla limpidezza delle idee e del proprio percorso umano e professionale.
Di solito al candidato si chiede: 'cosa farai nei primi 100 giorni in caso di vittoria?'. So cosa fare ma oggi voglio dire cosa non farò: non mi serrerò nel fortino del potere e nell'auto blu; non dimenticherò gli impegni presi; non metterò il programma in un cassetto dimenticandomi la chiave; non chiuderò il sito internet, i forum, gli strumenti di dialogo attivati in queste settimane; non confonderò nelle scelte il merito e le capacità con l'appartenenza; non medierò se la mediazione sarà a svantaggio del bene comune.
Grazie a tutti coloro che hanno reso possibile la costruzione del programma e delle liste. C'è da correre sino al 6 giugno ma...siamo o no una coalizione 'da combattimento'?
