Una campagna elettorale in ogni paese, in ogni strada, su ogni problema della provincia di Rimini
Questo pomeriggio, Stefano Vitali ha tenuto una conferenza stampa durante la quale ha fatto un bilancio numerico e politico della sua campagna elettorale. Qui sotto uno stralcio:
- 1) Bilancio di campagna elettorale: 115 giorni di campagna sul territorio, circa 10 mila persone incontrate, 198 piccole e medie imprese visitate,circa 10 milachilometri circa percorsi in auto, moto, piedi, bici, camper, bus, 176 mail a cui ho risposto, circa 500 telefonate a cui ho risposto personalmente, circa 250 incontri fatti
- 2) Cosa ho visto: a chi si impegna in politica fare una campagna elettorale è un atto necessario e consigliabile. A patto che essa venga fatta nel corpo del territorio e non in ristretti ambiti. Ho registrato eccellenze e problemi. Parto da quest'ultimi perché questo è il ruolo della politica. I problemi sono riconducibili a tre: difficoltà delle aziende, dei lavoratori e delle famiglie, paura che i Governi facciano venire meno la protezione sociale (sanità soprattutto, ma anche scuola), traffico. Ne aggiungo un quarto che corre trasversalmente a tutti questi: più desiderio di appartenenza al nostro territorio. Le mie proposte su questi temi le sapete e le avete scritte. Provo a riepilogarle: sburocratizzazione, rafforzamento del welfare con misure ad hoc per lavoratori in difficoltà, anziani, giovani coppie, percorsi di accesso ai giovani e ai neo professionisti che si affacciano sul mercato di lavoro, potenziamento del trasporto pubblico e rivoluzione verde nei trasporti e nelle fonti di energia. Dico una cosa in più: la stragrande maggioranza delle telefonate ricevute e fatte sono di pensionati- soprattutto donne- che vedono la loro pensione erosa di potere d'acquisto, con una grande paura per il presente e il futuro. E' la faccia nascosta ma più vera di una crisi reale. Poi le eccellenze da valorizzare: innanzitutto un diffuso oltre ogni aspettativa senso di orgoglio, un tessuto imprenditoriale che si sta organizzando per agganciare la eventuale ripresa nel 2010, un positivo impatto delle infrastrutture realizzate o in corso di realizzazione, la voglia di dare fiducia alle persone prima che alla ideologia (indice di partecipazione).
- 3) Programma dei 100 giorni: immediato taglio del 10% dell'indennità di presidente e elaborazione con il Consiglio e con la Giunta di un'analoga misura in modo tale da 'risparmiare' le risorse da investire su crisi, imprese, casa; via già in estate a tutti i cantieri di opere pubbliche e di manutenzione per aiutare le nostre imprese; istituzione delle figure di 'mister prezzi' e del 'deburocratizzatore' a costo zero; ridefinizione e potenziamento dell'intervento provinciale su edilizia popolare; firma del protocollo pilota sulla sicurezza che è da mesi sulla scrivania del Ministro degli Interni; entro il primo mese convocazione di un consiglio provinciale con la partecipazione degli amministratori dei sette comuni dell'alta Valmarecchia.
- 4) La politica: è stata una campagna strana perché credo per la prima volta il centrodestra non ha presentato proposte. Addirittura è stato nascosto il programma. Al di là dei no al TRC (che non è un no da parte della componente di AN, infinitamente più seria e responsabile di Forza Italia) per avere in cambio un interramento di ferrovia degno di Giulio Verne, le loro proposte non sono pervenute. Guardate il loro spot che è più esplicito di qualsiasi opinione: si vedono la nuova Fiera e il nuovo Palacongressi e si dice 'si stanno costruendo anche grazie a noi'. Non un'idea ma il semplice traino nazionale: è la completa abdicazione della classe dirigente locale di Forza Italia, non a caso 'trainata' in questa filosofia da Pizzolante e dalla sua paccata di ministri, venuti a Rimini spero a spese loro. Non c'è stato neanche lo sforzo: il famoso 'cambiamento' è a Rimini solo una parola vuota o il maldestro tentativo di 'succhiare le ruote' ai risultati del centrosinistra
- 5) Le elezioni: mi resta un sms inviatomi da un amico: 'Hai seminato bene, otterrai i risultati sperati'. Ho buone sensazioni e mi avvicino con fiducia al responso delle urne. Credo in una vittoria al primo turno. Se andassi al ballottaggio? L'ho già dichiarato e lo confermo: nessun apparentamento, si va con questa coalizione. Del resto cosa ci unisce con chi ha solo sputato falsità e veleno, facendo intendere di avere già una 'corrispondenza di amorosi sensi' con il centrodestra? Chi vota per questi personaggi, chiaramente dà un voto al centrodestra di Pizzolante.
