In 500 per la gran serata di Stefano Vitali e del centrosinistra: presentata a Rimini la coalizione che sostiene il candidato presidente

Ferdinando Fabbri, Stefano Vitali e Giorgio TonelliQuasi 500 persone alla Sala di Quartiere 5 di Rimini in una serata memorabile per il centrosinistra, considerate anche le altre dieci iniziative che si svolgevano in contemporanea, da Bellaria alla Valconca. Quello di martedì 5 maggio è stato un giorno esaltante per il centrosinistra riminese, che ha dato una bella prova di entusiasmo e compattezza a partire dal programma e dai candidati.

Solo posti in piedi all'intervista doppia con Stefano Vitali e Ferdinando Fabbri. Una serata scivolata lieve come un talk show televisivo, condotta dal giornalista Rai Giorgio Tonelli. Ma non è stata fiction. L'appuntamento di ieri sera alla sala del Quartiere Celle e le quasi 500 persone intervenute non erano fredde percentuali da share. Nel caldo della sala l'attenzione è stata presa dal "chi siamo", dal "dove veniamo" e soprattutto dal "qual è il progetto per la nostra Provincia" di Stefano Vitali e del centrosinistra, presente con le tutte le forze politiche e civiche che lo sostengono.

Se poteva essere scontata l'idea del passaggio di testimone da presidente a candidato presidente, la piega del dialogo ha preso un'altra direzione, più corale. Al centro il rinnovo di una cultura di governo del territorio riminese, una nuova generazione di dirigenti, alla quale Fabbri ha consegnato "lo strumento di Governo del Territorio, il Ptcp", e le leve come l'Agenzia di Marketing create per investire nella nostra industria più rappresentativa in Europa, il turismo. Questo come estrema sintesi del bilancio di mandato. Bilancio anche di un centrosinistra che vuole continuare a sentirsi responsabile di una comunità, a completo servizio del territorio.

Tonelli introduce Vitali e conduce il dialogo anche su sentieri non scontati e chiede a Stefano "come stanno andando gli incontri?". "Molta voglia di dialogare e confrontarsi. Ho visitato molte aziende ed ho trovato una grande maturità e soprattutto una grande aspettativa nei confronti della politica, a dispetto di quanti dicono che c'è distacco". E poi, "un grandissimo orgoglio della nostra gente di fronte a questa crisi, per uscirne come i riminesi hanno fatto tante volte: dopo la guerra, dopo le mucillagini. A un patto: meno burocrazia e avere accesso al credito. Il dottor Piscaglia aveva proposto un monumento alla cambiale, con la quale abbiamo creato la Rimini turistica che conosciamo. Io dico che la Provincia dovrà garantire l'accesso al credito, e varare la grandi infrastrutture di cui abbiamo bisogno".

"Continuità a o discontinuità rispetto a Fabbri", chiede Tonelli a Vitali. Gli scappa un "Continuità: abbiamo fatto anche le foto insieme!! E poi non avete visto le foto che non abbiamo diffuso!!". Poi torna il politico: "Assoluta continuità: Rimini è forte come sistema grazie alla responsabilità dei Comuni in accordo con la Provincia, che hanno valorizzato la Fiera, fatto crescere un aeroporto che aveva difficoltà, rivalutato la sanità, portandola a competere con le altre realtà nel resto della regione Emilia - Romagna. Io sogno però di traghettare la nostra provincia in una dimensione ancora più internazionale, il mio sogno è affermare il Sistema Rimini nel mondo".

Vitali entra nel dettaglio della Sanità alla domanda sul welfare, rivendica l'impegno programmatico "di garantire cure in tutto il territorio della Provincia, a Rimini, a Santarcangelo, a Riccione, a Cattolica. Perché abbiamo creato un sistema di cura con tante eccellenze. Perché siamo usciti dalla logica dei campanili, specializzandoci". E accanto alla sanità i servizi sociali e il volontariato riminese. "Io vengo da lì, dal volontariato, dall'associazionismo. E proprio il volontariato e l'associazionismo si sono fatti da soli e rappresentano nel nostro territorio, per ciascuno di noi, la garanzia che qualcuno si occuperà di te"!

Sfilano i rappresentanti delle liste che sostengono Stefano Vitali, brevi flash di impegni e temi sociali portati in dote al programma. Una coalizione ampia: "Una delle cose che mi ha gasato di più - dice Stefano Vitali - è come si è avviato il confronto, parlando di programmi, mai litigando, niente richieste di posti. Una benefica novità. L'ampiezza della coalizione è un segno politico importante". Un segnale che fa da contrappeso agli accordi senza programmi del centrodestra, al vuoto assoluto di idee e di proposta amministrativa. "Noi oggi rappresentiamo gli unici che hanno sfornato una proposta di governo credibile, una direzione di marcia per la provincia di Rimini per i prossimi anni. E quando diciamo "buon governo", non è come il prezzemolo che si mette ovunque. Noi, l'Emilia Romagna, la Provincia di Rimini, abbiamo veramente abbiamo contribuito a condurre fin qui questo territorio".

L'ultima battuta è dedicata ai pronostici. Vitali non si sottrae: "Con i nostri candidati siamo gli unici credibili. Di là un candidato che ha già perso la stessa competizione nel 1995 il cui unico leit motiv oggi è quello di parlare male di noi. Vinciamo al primo turno".

Vedo con piacere che stai facendo una campagna elettorale piena di contenuti, con tanta voglia di fare e di agire che mi fa pensare ad un ottimo futuro per la nostra provincia.

C'è tanto lavoro da fare, ma sono sicura che questo non ti spaventa.

Il successo della serata di iera sera è sicuramente un ottimo segnale per il futuro e francamente, nonostante la tristezza per le vicende che hanno travolto il partito in questi ultimi giorni, sono ottimista.

In ogni caso sono convinta che alla fine di questa competizione una vittoria l'avremo ottenuta, avere dentro il nostro partito e al fianco della squadra di governo, persone convinte, che hanno voglia di lavorare, che hanno senso civico e a cuore l'interesse dei cittadini prima di tutto. I giochi di potere ci sono e ci saranno sempre, ma il mio sogno è che siano sempre più in secondo piano e non si divida il mondo fra diessini e margheritini, per una volta e spero per sempre conti il merito delle persone. il nostro partito deve essere un esempio per la nostra società e nello stesso tempo rappresentarne la sua parte migliore. Questo era il sogno di Veltroni quando è nato il PD e questo è il mio sogno ora e sempre: un partito vicino ai cittadini, in cui contano i valori più delle poltrone ed in cui contano i fatti, più delle parole.
