Dieci proposte per il Polo Universitario riminese

1. Puntare sulla centralità della ricerca attraverso l’attuazione di strategie mirate ad agganciare i progetti europei del Settimo Programma Quadro, specialmente nell’ambito del settore SSH (= Social Sciences and Humanities), senza escludere la partecipazione degli Enti Locali, là dove possibile determinare modalità di cooperazione ed interazione.

2. Riportare la macroregione adriatica nel contesto europeo di riferimento, attraverso l’istituzione di un Centro Studi sull’Adriatico interdisciplinare, con la precisa mission di «studiare» l’area geopolitica dal punto di vista storico, sociale, culturale, linguistico, economico, al cui interno affrontare altresì le dinamiche turistiche in modo piú scientifico e aggiornato [eventuale proposizione di un PRIN - Progetto di Ricerca di Interesse Nazionale cofinanziato dal Ministero dell'Istruzione e dell'Università].

3. Considerare l’Adriatico un «ponte» tra Occidente e Oriente, e guardare con crescente interesse e programmazione ai Paesi del Medio Oriente e dell’Asia, tramite l’istituzione di corsi di laurea triennale e magistrale (cioè specialistica) orientati a fornire competenze specifiche in questo nuovo e dirompente settore professionale. [Corsi di laurea in lingue, culture e mercati dell’Estremo Oriente] – [Istituzione del Collegio d’India sull’esempio del Collegio di Cina a Bologna]

4. Rafforzare l’internazionalizzazione candidando la sede riminese a rivestire un ruolo di primo piano nell’ambito delle relazioni con i partners europei e dell’area balcanica, attraverso convenzioni concordate con l’Ateneo [privilegiando il rapporto con il Prorettore per le Relazioni Internazionali].

5. Riproporre gli insegnamenti linguistici alla luce della riforma della Legge 270, la quale rivede le tradizionali partizioni disciplinare in corrispondenza delle mutate esigenze formative di una società multietnica e etnicamente composita. In questo contesto l’istituzione di insegnamenti nell’ambito della cosiddetta L2 [Lingua italiana per stranieri] potrebbe rafforzare il Polo sia dal punto di vista quantitavo sia qualitativo. Inoltre, tali corsi sarebbero finalizzati alla riconversione dei docenti già operanti nelle Scuole di primo e secondo grado, molti dei quali esprimono volontà di specializzarsi nel settore L2.

6. Ribadire un rapporto di fattiva collaborazione, cioè di alternativa didattica, con le altri sedi romagnole dell’Università di Bologna, definendo i rispettivi settore di pertinenza ed escludendo ogni situazione di concorrenzialità. Specificare la peculiarità di eventuali nuovi insediamenti di corsi di laurea, specie nell’ambito linguistico e sociologico.

7. Organizzare convegni sulla multiculturalità e la mediazione linguistica (L2), in collaborazione con le Università europee che si occupano dei flussi migratori nelle varie realtà urbane dell’Unione Europea, per rilanciare la città di Rimini come luogo in cui si intersecano e culture eterogenee.

8. Rilancio del rapporto con l’Ente Fiera per stringere rapporti di cooperazione e condividere progetti di ricerca, specialmente nel settore delle scienze turistiche.

9. Integrazione tra Università e città attraverso iniziative pubbliche aperte alla cittadinanza.

10. Merito, capacità e competenza al primo posto anche nelle istituzioni accademiche riminesi.
